Quantum Chimney Services are pleased to offer our pre-tender package specification service for any project, regardless of scale.

This particular service requires our involvement from the beginning of a project and brings together a number of our stand alone services; pre-design advice; consultancy; flue condition inspections, construction advice and on site assessments, as required, to assist clients, architects and quantity surveyors in producing a detailed package that can be put out for tender.

Following our mission statement, “To provide an independent and specialist service focused solely on the safety and compliance of all solid fuel installations, whether new or existing”, we are able to provide technical and mechanical advice and design, working towards achieving the end clients ultimate goal.

Our knowledge of the regulations regarding solid fuel installations coupled with our understanding of building construction enables us to work with the relevant persons to achieve a specification not influenced by further installation services some companies may offer. We assess all options available to the market and propose a specification based purely on what best serves the property and the future occupants. This is then used to form part of a main contractors tender package, allowing like for like quotations to be obtained.
